This Privacy Policy explains how the operator of the M5DEX website (“M5DEX”, “we”, “us”) handles personal information when you visit m5dex.com (the “website”) or contact us.
It covers this website only. M5DEX ecosystem products that run on other domains — such as M5Wallet, spot and futures trading, cross-chain swap, M5 Signals, RWAs and the private sale portal — may process information differently and are covered by their own privacy notices. Please read those before using them.
2.The short version
- You can use the whole website without creating an account or telling us who you are.
- The website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and never connects to your wallet.
- The contact form sends nothing to our servers — it opens your own email app.
- We do not sell, rent or trade personal information.
3.Information we process
When you visit the website
Like any website, our hosting infrastructure automatically receives the technical information needed to deliver pages and protect the service: your IP address, browser and device type, the page requested, the referring page, and the date and time of the request. This is held in server logs by our hosting provider and is not used to identify or profile you.
Preferences stored on your device
If you switch between light and dark mode, your choice is saved in your browser’s local storage under the key theme so the website remembers it. It stays on your device and is never sent to us. You can clear it at any time in your browser settings.
When you contact us
The contact form opens your email app with a message addressed to hello@m5dex.com; nothing is sent until you send that email yourself. When you email us, we receive your name, email address, the content of your message and anything else you choose to include, and we use it to reply.
Market data
Prices shown on the website are retrieved by our server from a third-party market data provider. Your browser only communicates with our website for this, so your IP address is not passed to that provider.
Blockchain activity
This website does not ask for, collect or store wallet addresses. If you interact with M5L or the sale contracts, those transactions are recorded on BNB Smart Chain, which is public and permanent. That data is not held or controlled by us, and we cannot amend or delete it.
4.What we do not do
- We do not operate user accounts or logins on this website.
- We do not ask you to connect a wallet, and we never ask for private keys or recovery phrases.
- We do not process payments on this website.
- We do not use analytics, advertising, retargeting or social-media tracking pixels.

- Server logs are kept by our hosting provider for a limited period for security and operational purposes, then deleted.
- Emails are kept for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any follow-up, and afterwards only where we need a record for legal or regulatory reasons.
- Your theme preference stays on your device until you clear it.
10.International transfers
Our service providers may process information in countries other than your own, which may have different data protection laws. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as contractual protections, for those transfers.
11.Security
